These are some projects undertaken by M3D.  Full descriptions and details are provided:

  • Horizontal Fire Protection Door - Double door that moves horizontally and closes around an elevator shaft to protect a robot from fire.  Details and drawing.

  • Automatic Self-sharpening Circular Knife - Retrofitted existing cutting mechanism with more efficient self-sharpening knife.  Details and drawing.

  • Process Line Layout and Equipment Design - Upgraded fabric coating line by adding new equipment, modifying process to accommodate new machinery, and to relocate line.  Details and drawing.
